MJ’S FIT TIP Want more veggies? Toss in sliced red, green or yellow bell peppers and chopped red onion for more color and flavor. You can also make this slaw into a meal by adding 6oz. of cooked shredded chicken and serve with two 1oz. corn tortillas.

To celebrate, I can’t think of a better way to toast the holiday than with this refreshing and booze-free spritzer.

Watermelon-Lime Spritzer
Ingredients
4 cups watermelon
2 limes, juiced
1 cup coconut water
1 cup lime sparking water, like La Croix
Directions
Place watermelon, lime juice, and coconut water into a blender and blend until thoroughly pureed.
Pour mixture into glasses until halfway full. Fill rest of glass with sparkling water and enjoy!
