Complimentary “Get To Know Each Other” Session… During this complimentary one-on-one session, we will discuss your unique health & wellness concerns. If we both feel we are a good fit for each other, then we will outline a basic plan and move forward.

Goal Setting Session… In our first “official” session, we will set personal goals and discuss strategies to help you achieve them. We will also create benchmarks for your progress with an initial weigh-in & body measurements.

Weekly Weigh-Ins & Reporting… Each week we will monitor your progress & keep you accountable to your goals with weekly weigh-ins and reporting.

Weight Management Strategies… You’ll be able to stay on top of your goals with suggested healthy eating strategies, inspired menu planning ideas, easy recipes and fitness and wellness tips.

Motivational and Inspirational Support… You’ll stay motivated and inspired with tips and tricks to help you make it through the tough times.

Wrap-Up Session & Maintenance… During this session we will complete a final weigh-in, body measurements, celebrate your progress and talk about next steps to maintain a healthier YOU!
