Motivational and Inspirational Support… You’ll stay motivated and inspired with tips and tricks to help you make it through the tough times.
Wrap-Up Session & Maintenance… During this session we will complete a final weigh-in, body measurements, celebrate your progress and talk about next steps to maintain a healthier YOU!
