mj’s easy guacamole

 2 avocados (med-large, pitted, peeled & cubed)
 2 tbsp fresh lime juice (fresh is best and makes a big difference in flavor)
 2 tbsp Greek yogurt, unsweetened
 1 tsp garlic powder
 1 tsp onion powder
 1 tsp salt




In a medium bowl, add all ingredients and mash with fork until desired consistency.


Try it on…egg scrambles, toast, burgers, dogs, sandwiches

  • mango – 1 med peeled & cubed
  • jalapeño, 1 med finely diced
  • serrano chile – 1 med finely diced
  • salsa – 1/2 cup of your fav
  • fresh cilantro – finely minced
