  • 2 parts healthy oils Avocado, Coconut, Extra Virgin Olive,Flax Seed, Grapeseed, MCT, Walnut
  • 1 part healthy acids Vinegar or Juice
  • emulsifiers Avocado, Egg, Mayo, mustard, dairy, paste, butters, sweet
  • seasonings herbs, onions, powders

Instructions
 

  • Add your choice of HEALTHY OILS - Avocado, Coconut, Extra Virgin Olive,Flax Seed, Grapeseed, MCT, Walnut
  • Add your choice of HEALTHY ACIDS:
    VINEGAR - Apple Cider, Balsamic, Champagne Flavored*, Red Wine, RiceSherry, White Balsamic, White Wine
    JUICE - Lemon, Lime, Orange* Grapefruit*Pineapple**No sugar added!
  • Add your emulsifiers of choice:
    Adding emulsifiers to dressings and marinades helps temporarily retain the mixture of oil and acid providing a more uniform.
